I have read the terms of service below

1. This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between Mr. Donald Vega (the Licensee), Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Number R529881 and the client, for the purpose of evaluate client’s immigration options, review documentation or/and provide answer to client’s questions about Canadian immigration available options.

2. Additionally, the Licensee will provide information based on the current regulations at the time of the consultation, using their best knowledge and acting in the client’s best interest.

3. The quality and relevance of the Licensee’s guidance rely on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Client. Because the advice is tailored to the Client’s specific circumstances, any missing or incorrect details may lead to recommendations that are not fully applicable to the Client’s situation.

4. Please be aware that immigration laws, policies, and procedures may change over time. In addition, the accuracy and applicability of the Licensee’s advice may be affected by new information or changes in your personal circumstances after the consultation. Clients are encouraged to stay informed of any relevant legal updates and to seek revised advice when needed. The Licensee will make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance within the scope of this review service, based on the information and documents available at the time.

5. The consultation fee is shown in the official receipt and confirmation email sent to the client. It is also clearly listed in the booking details before the client agrees to purchase the service.

6. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Please be advised that Mr. Donald Vega is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), a Canadian Association which regulates Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest, which is bound by its by-law, Code of Professional Conduct for College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Licensees, SOR/2022-128 and Regulations.
